Burnout is a nasty beast. 

For many women business owners, especially in the healing and wellness professions, your business can eat you alive.

When you started your business, you likely set out to create something that could bring a healing salve to the pain of this world. You wanted to be of service, to be successful, and to create something of your own. Your inner fire carried you along as you busted your butt to create an amazing business. 

You may have easily put in the energy to build your business at first--putting in overtime to have the best, most awesome business you could imagine. You were determined to be perfect. You poured your sweat, tears, and soul (not to mention 5 thousand cups of coffee) into creating something that had impact. 


But as you continued to pour all you had into the business AND you showed up for your clients or patients, your energy might have started to leak away, little by little. Then a lot by a lot. You were wearing all the hats of the business. Your life outside of work got smaller. You stopped having energy for friends, fun, creativity. You felt drained and numb. This business went from the most exciting thing since sliced bread to a dead weight around your neck.

You built a beautiful business that is killing you.

This six-week journey was created for women business owners and solopreneurs like you--caring, soulful, badass women who long to grow, but keep getting waylaid by overwhelm, uncertainty, and exhaustion.

Journey to Joy is designed to take you step-by step on the path of healing burnout and bringing your aliveness back, without adding more stress to your life. Because, seriously, who wants to heal burnout with more burnout?
I'm not going to sugar coat this part. If you take this course, you will be asked to do hard things. You will be asked to engage in radical self-love in a way that is about a whole lot more than chocolate croissants and a glass of white wine. You will start to reframe your relationship with yourself and your business and you will make decisions to put yourself and your joy first. 

Because feeling dead inside is no way to live. 

​ But you will also get a whole bundle of real time, individual, caring support so that you are no longer alone with these painful feelings. You will be held in community as you embark on this radical shift in how you support yourself. You will not be just a number here. And your life will change. 

You will start to truly show up for yourself as a business owner.

The Course

Here's the week-by-week breakdown of what you will accomplish in this course:

Week One
Clarify: Get Clear

You'll get crystal clear on what you want from your business and clarity on what is causing you to burn out. You will learn how to cut out the noise so you can focus on your own healing while still running your business. You will also create a map for how to engage with this program without adding more overwhelm to your life.

Week Two
Choose: Choose You

This week will focus on how you have been over-giving in your business, allowing yourself and your needs to get pushed aside.  This is a judgement-free week of taking a truthful look at how you have been neglecting yourself. You will create a plan for your own basic self-care which includes adequate rest, nutrition, and comfort.

Week Three
Calm: Loving Boundaries

Building on the first two weeks, this week you will get clear on the boundaries you need to create in order to cultivate a healthy relationship with your business. You will also learn about what gives you energy and what drains you, so that you can get clarity about which boundaries need the most attention.

Week Four
Unpack: Money and Time

This week you will do the work of looking at your money stories and how your relationship with money is playing a part in the burnout. You will set a plan in motion to shift the old beliefs about money and the value of your time. You will begin to implement the changes needed in order to heal your relationships with money and how you spend your time in and out of your business.

Week Five
​Embrace: Get Real

At this point you will have started implementing the changes from this program into your life and business and you will see where the road blocks pop up. Week 5 will ask you to look courageously at how you get in your own way as you start taking action to show up for yourself. Together, we will address the barriers that keep you from feeling calm and supported and gently dissolve them.

Week Six
Act: Plan for Joy

​In your final week you will celebrate your growth! You will also get super clear on how to continue to make yourself a priority, even after the group has ended, by using all the skills you have learned in the program. You will make a plan for yourself to sustain these changes with support and accountability, so you can continue to move forward with a joyful business and a life you love. 
In addition, the course includes:
  • A weekly live group call where you will receive direct guidance from me and the support of the group. 
  • A community discussion space for sharing your experiences, fears, struggles, and successes. I will be very active in this space, and you will get tons of support from me and your fellow group members. 
  • Weekly assignments for healing and growth. 
  • Three 60-minute co-working sessions to get focused on that work you've been avoiding. We will gather on zoom, have a brief check in and check out. These optional meetings can be used for completing your course assignments or other business work. 
  • Bundles of encouragement and support in real time from real humans.

The ​Schedule:

Registration for this course is closed at this time. Please email me if you are interested in registering for the Spring session. 

The six 1-hour group calls will occur every Friday of the group program from 10am-11am. 

The Details:

The cost of the entire program, including live support from me, full access to the group community, and all the lessons, is $650. Payment plans are available. 
 (This fee will increase significantly after this first session.)

 I have been burned out, exhausted, and overworked in my business, and I thought the only way to be successful was to be in pain. But I found a way out. 

Like you, I am a business owner. I am also a highly trained therapist and consultant. I have been helping people heal their stuck places and live more joyful lives for my entire career. I am passionate about supporting women to show up for themselves, step into their power and authority, and create a business that they love.

If you are a women business owner or entrepreneur who struggles with burnout, overwhelm, or insecurity AND you are ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work, then YES! This is definitely for you. You will be held by a caring and supportive community and get loads of one on one support from me so that you can heal the burnout and take the next steps in building a business that supports you. 

What if I can't attend a call?

No problem. Every Friday zoom call will be recorded and uploaded to the group community space by the end of the day on Friday. If you have to miss a session you can always watch it later. You are also welcome to send me questions before the call, so that even if you can't attend you can still hear my answers in the recording.

Do you guarantee success?

You will get out what you put in to this course. I cannot guarantee your success. I do give you my word that I will absolutely show up for you and invite you to do the work to show up for yourself and your business in new and engaging ways. You are in the driver's seat of your own success.

Here’s why: This is an investment in YOU and YOUR BUSINESS. You are taking a leap to commit to showing up for yourself. This policy holds you (lovingly) accountable to that commitment, as a way to model what you will be learning throughout the course. 

How do I sign up?

There you will answer a few questions to tell me a little more about you so that I can make sure this program is the right fit for you. I will respond with an email containing a short video within 2 business days. You will then be invited to sign up and pay via a link in that response email. Once you register, you place will be saved and I will look forward to welcoming you on our start date!
